Not even in a roundabout way; truly amazing. The IMF finally admits that very few of their attemtped 'solutions' actually have worked over the last 59 years and that in some cases they end up doing far more harm than good.
Somehow I'm sure this will be just like an Amtrak sort of deal -- "it doesn't work, it's a money pit, people are harmed by it, what it needs is more lattitude and better funding" -- but still, it's a refreshing bit of candor on the incompetence of the state in these in these "Go State! Go State! Gimme an 'S'" days.
